These melted smoothly into my brownie batter and held their shape nicely in cookies too. The milk chocolate flavor is rich without being overly sweet, so I ended up using a little more than planned.
These chips melt so smoothly that my brownies came out with that glossy, fudgy top I usually only get from chopping up expensive bars. They're on the sweeter side, which works perfectly for cookies, and the bag didn't last a week in my house.
The bag opened easily and the chips held their shape in the dough, which gave these cookies a nice even melt. They're definitely richer than the standard grocery store kind, and the flavor comes through without being overly sweet. Only reason for four stars is the price feels a bit steep for the amo
