The first bite genuinely transported me—it's like the pistachio gelato I had in Positano, but in solid form. The salted chunks give it that perfect sweet-salty contrast, and the texture is so creamy it almost melts before you chew.
The salted pistachio chunks are generous and the creamy texture really does nail that gelato vibe, so I can't fault the flavor profile.
