Gourmet white chocolate baking chips, a bag of pure possibility. The same white chocolate behind our famous bars, ready for white chocolate macadamia cookies, dipped fruits, and every dessert that deserves better. Gluten-free, and endlessly useful.
I used these in a batch of dipped strawberries and they melted smoothly without any weird grainy texture. The chips have a clean white chocolate flavor that's sweet but not cloying, and they made the dessert look a little more finished, too.
My macadamia cookies finally taste like the bakery ones I've been chasing — these chips hold their shape perfectly and melt into that rich, creamy sweetness without turning greasy. Even the leftover chips I snacked on straight from the bag were dangerously good.
