Opening each door felt like a little December ritual, and the Nutcracker motifs make it look nicer than most advent calendars I’ve bought. The chocolates are genuinely handcrafted, and the festive flavors keep it from getting boring.
The little nutcracker shapes are so detailed I almost felt bad biting the Sugar Plum one, but the chocolate is smooth and rich. Counting down each door with a new festive flavor has made the whole month feel more magical.
Sugar Plum turned out to be my favorite, and the chestnut praline ones are surprisingly rich for such a small bite. The nutcracker shapes are charming, though I wish the chocolate were a bit thicker for the price. Still, a lovely countdown treat.
