Tiramisu-Schokoriegel

I wasn't expecting the liqueur kick to come through so clearly, but it really does taste like the dessert. The cookie bits give it just enough texture to keep it from being one-note, and it's a solid little mid-afternoon break.

The coffee and mascarpone notes come through perfectly, and that hint of liqueur really makes it taste like the dessert. I keep a bar in my bag for the afternoon slump and it’s just the right pick-me-up.
